Frequently Asked Questions about the Accounts Payable Process
You can obtain invoice information by logging on to the Expenditures Inquiry service you will require a Vendor Account number and password to use this service.

You can view your account using the Expenditures Inquiry service or contact apat@bms.com. Alternatively, you can sign up for Web EDI, this service is electronic via the Web so no paper invoices are required. Please click on Invoicing link for more information on this service.

If your invoice has terms to pay within the last 5 business days of the month ( and 5 days either side of the quarter end) your payment will be processed on the first business day of the next month.

Please ensure you quote our Purchase Order number.
BMS standard corporate terms are 2% in 10 days, or 90 days net, from date of invoice. Please check the payment terms on the purchase order, and contact your buyer should you require any additional information.
