This page explains what to expect as you complete your supplier onboarding with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) — from the invitation you’ll receive to the information you’ll need to provide.
All information shared during onboarding is collected and verified through a secure, encrypted process.
Who this is for
Suppliers invited to work with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) who need to provide basic company information to begin doing business with us.
Before You Begin
Have these documents and details ready:
- Business registration information (legal name, address, tax ID)
- Banking details for payments (account number, routing or IBAN, and account name)
- Tax form (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalent)
- Contact details for invoicing and purchase orders (email addresses)
How It Works
Your BMS contact initiates the onboarding process. You’ll receive a secure email invitation with a link to our supplier registration portal. All information is collected through a protected connection and verified for security.
Three Easy Steps
1. Accept Your Invitation
Follow the link in your invitation email to access our secure supplier portal. The invitation is unique to your company.
2. Provide Company and Payment Details
You’ll be asked to share essential business and banking information to ensure we can process purchase orders and payments correctly.
You can pause and return to complete your information if needed.
3. Review and Submit
Check that your information is complete and accurate, then submit your details for review.
You’ll receive confirmation once your onboarding is complete.
After Onboarding
You won’t need to return to the portal unless you need to update your company details in the future.
If your business information changes, please refer to this page to edit your supplier details.
