3. Click ‘Revise Response’ and update fields as needed.
4. Select the “Submit” button to resubmit to Bristol Myers Squibb for review.
5. You will receive an email confirmation for the change request.
6. To validate the authenticity, after the submission, you will receive a phone call from a call center on behalf of Bristol Myers Squibb.
7. Once the changes are approved, you will receive an approval email.
